Advertised prices do not include sales tax, delivery, title, registration, documentation or other government fees unless stated otherwise

Hour meter and odometer readings shown are approximate. The reading confirmed in your written purchase agreement is the official one

A listing on this website is not an offer to sell. A sale is final only when a written purchase agreement has been signed by you and by us and payment has been received.

Used equipment and “as is” sales

Most of the equipment we sell is used. Used equipment may show wear and conditions that are typical for its age and hours. We encourage you to review all photos, videos and details on a listing and to ask us any questions before you buy.

Except for the inspection period described in our Return Policy, and unless your written purchase agreement says otherwise, equipment is sold “as is,” with no dealer warranty, express or implied. Any remaining manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by us.

Our Return Policy gives you 7 days from delivery to inspect your equipment. Any return or adjustment will be confirmed with you in writing.

Deposits and purchases

We may accept a deposit to hold equipment for you. The deposit amount, how long we will hold the equipment, and whether the deposit is refundable will be stated in writing when you place it. If we are unable to deliver the equipment as described, your deposit will be refunded.

The final terms of any purchase, including price, fees, trade-in value and payment, are set out in your written purchase agreement.

Financing

Financing, if available, is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval and the lender’s terms. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval, rate or payment.

Delivery

We arrange delivery of your equipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of weather, carrier schedules or other events outside our control. Costs, timing and responsibilities for delivery will be confirmed with you in writing before the equipment ships. See our Shipping page for more information.

No guarantees or warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

That equipment descriptions are completely accurate at all times
